Returning an item
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price using the method in which you originally paid. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Any item that has been marked, used, worn or washed cannot be returned.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you return the parcel to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Please note it may take a few days from receipt of the parcel for your refund to be processed by the banking system.
Please email [email protected] to process your exchange quoting your order number, name and address, the reason for return and details of the exchange.
If exchanging an item for an alternative size or colour the cost of returning the product is your responsibility and all return shipping charges must be pre-paid including customs, duties, taxes, postage, and any other applicable charges.
No shipping and handling fee will be charged for exchanged items.
Please note that the return will be credited to the original form of payment and the reorder will be a new transaction.
Damaged or incorrect items
If the item you receive is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Please carefully read the care instructions on the inside label before use. Any damage including due to wear and tear or inappropriate washing is the sole responsibility of the customer. UWM cannot take responsibility for the items received in good condition, but later damaged while in use.
The UWM online shop is unable to accept returns for items purchased at UWM live events.
